¸ñÀû: To evaluate the qualitive and quantitative data in Allergic Rhinitis treatments efficacy of single center ¹æ¹ý:At an out patients department clinic (OPD)-visit 2 years, allergic rhinitis (AR) patients underwent endoscopy, acoustic rhinometry (AR) and visual analogue scale (VAS). Patients was distributed by several treatments such as medical treatment, high-radiofrequency volume reduction (HRVR) and HRVR with septoplasty. Data analysis was done by R statistical analysis. Wilcoxon signed ranks test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to compare treatment results. °á°ú:A total of 163 AR patients completed a clinical exam. Of the 163 patients, 75 was excluded because of underlying co-diseases, immunodeficiency and follow up loss. 87 patients had watery discharge, nasal obstruction associated AR. All AR treatment groups were effective significantly (p <0.001). Until follow-up 2months, AR treatment groups have no distinction of efficacy, but during follow-up 6months period Surgical treatment groups were better than medical treatment group (p=0.028). Comparing to surgical treatment groups solely, HRVR and septoplasty treatment group was better than HRVR treatment group from follow-up 4months (p=0.020). °á·Ð:This study is the first trial of my hospital AR long-term study. To treat of AR patients effectively, it is essential to continue mid-term and long-term treatments, not to do short-term treatment. Confirming the long-term results, the surgical treatment had better results than the medical treatment.
