A 50-year-old man visited the hospital with progressive bilateral hearing loss that began 2 years ago. Pure tone hearing test showed right air conduction 34dB HL, left air conduction 43dB HL, right bone conduction 34dB HL, left bone conduction 43dB HL, and speech discrimination ability of 68% on the right side and 8% on the left side. Brain MRI was performed to differentiate central lesions, and the results showed pituitary macroadenoma with suprasellar extension. Regarding this, two surgeries and gamma knife surgery were performed at the neurosurgery department, and outpatient follow-up is being performed thereafter.
