Laryngeal tuberculosis is not frequent, and it is usually associated with concomitant pulmonary tuberculosis. Besides, Tuberculosis (TB) during pregnancy may lead to severe consequences affecting both mother and child. We report a case of an 33-year-old pregnant woman who presented with hoarseness which started at the time of pregnancy. The patient underwent preterm vaginal birth after cesarean section at 31 weeks' gestation and after the sucessful delivery, she was diagnosed with larygeal tuberculosis and started treatment.
