Post traumatic cholesteatoma is rare late complication of temporal bone fracture. It usually present with this complication after several decades, following the initial insult. Therefore post traumatic cholesteatoma can remain undetected for years allowing it to develop intensively. This case shows early onset of cholesteatoma after extensive temporal bone fracture with ossicular dislocation. It developed in only one months following trauma. So we report this case as consideration of post traumaitc early onset cholesteatoma.
