A Case Report of Fungal Ball within a Mucocle of the Ethmoid Sinus

Mucocele is a cystic mass containing mucus secretions which result from obstruction of sinus ostia. Mucocele is benign, it slowly growth of the paranasal sinus. The mucoid secretions is usually sterile but secondary infection may led to the development of a pyocele. Incontrast, mucoceles with superimposed fungal infections are extremely rare. We report a 59-year-old female who suggesting fungus ball within a mucocele of the ethmoid sinus.
