Malignant lymphoma of the sinonasal tract is uncommon. T-cell lymphomas are more common in Asian populations, while B-cell lymphomas are more common in Western populations. The primary sites of B-cell lymphoma in the sinonasal tract are the maxillary sinus (79%) and nasal cavity (20%). Di¬agnosis of B cell lymphoma is often delayed because it does not show the specific symptoms. Therefore, careful physical examinations and imaging studies are al¬ways important. Furthermore, early biopsy is of great important for early diagnosis and proper management for the treatment of malignant B- cell lymphoma. The authors experienced a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma arising from the middle turbinate, which was growing rapidly for 6 months.
