Ectopic thymus is an very rare etiology of middle ear mass. We report a care of ectopic thymus in tympanic cavity presenting as reddish intratympanic mass. For differential diagnosis, an excisional biopsy was performed. On microscopic examination, the mass was composed of ectopic thymic tissue with Hassall’s corpuscles.
