¸ñÀû: Laryngeal stroboscopeis a gold standard method in evaluation of vocal folds lesions. Many ENT clinics could not use due toit's expensive price. Purpose of this study is to examine laryngeal stroboscopic effect that can be implemented only with the functions of the CCD camera itself under continuous illumination, without any specific hardware or software system. ¹æ¹ý:We made frequency controllable fan motor system connected with digital multimeter for checking the stroboscopic effect in any rotational frequency(Hz) and controlled shutter speed of CCD camera for degree of clearing both fan image and mucosal edge of vocal cords. °á°ú:Rotational frequency of 50, 100, 150Hz appears fixed fan motor image which means fully synchronization of rotational fan motor and CCD camera. If shutter speed of CCD camera fixed above 1/10,000second, fan image was very clearly expressed as compared to the other rotational frequency. In laryngoscopic finding, shutter speed of 1/2000, mucosal wave and vocal fold edge were most clearly. °á·Ð:We observed the stroboscopic effect using continuous light on a specific rotational frequency, it is useful for evaluation of vocal cords lesions.
