Bilateral multiple lower cranial neuropathy is not common condition with minimal data regarding the outcome in the treatment of this disease. Evaluation of cranial neuropathies required thorough knowledge of the anatomic, physiologic, and pathologic features of the cranial nerves, as well as cranial nerve function test, endoscopic finding, imaging study, blood test including detailed physical examination. We present a 42 years old female patient who has right trigerminal, glossopharyngeal, vagus, hypoglossal and contralateral vestibulocochlear neuropathy. Eventhough extensive and detailed examination, we can not determine the reason of this symptom. As compared to previously reported cases, our case was characteristic because of involvement of bilateral multiple lower cranial nerves, which has not been reported previously to the authors' knowledge.
