목적: To highlight the various techniques that can be used to correct such dimpling on the nasal tip 방법:The retrospective study included 44 patients who underwent correction of post rhinoplasty depressed nasal tip scars from Feburary 1, 2012, through June 31, 2014. We used 5 kinds of technique to correct dimple scar soft tissue or cartilage insertion, unilobed flap, bilobed flap, transposition flap and z-plasty. 결과:Soft tissue or cartilage insertion has been used in 18 patients, unilobed flap in 10 patients, bilobed flap in 6 cases, transposition flap in 3 cases and z-plasty in 7 cases. Most of the patients were satisfied with their outcomes, but 3 cases required scar revision and another 2 cases required revision for unsatisfactory result which ultimately yielded satisfactory results. 결론:These techniques are easily reproducible and the choice of the technique depends on the size, location of the scar, skin condition, patient expectations, the surgeons experience and comfort levels with the procedures.
