¸ñÀû: The global prevalence of allergic rhinitis (AR) is 10%-25%. It severely impacts life quality of patients and also increases the economic burden. The aim of the study was to analyze epidemiological features of AR in Yanbian area, so as to provide theoretical basis for preventing and intervening of AR. ¹æ¹ý:1880 Volunteers from Yanbian area set as the subjects of present study after routine examination in Health Examination Center of Yanbian University Hospital from October 1, 2013 to December 31, 2013. Written questionnaire surveys and by volunteers were obtained and physical examination were performed on the volunteers. For diagnosis of AR, SIgE detection were performed using sIgE detection kit on the suspected subjects of AR. °á°ú:The prevalence of AR via surveys in teenagers was significant higher than in adults (P<0.001). The prevalence of AR in teenagers was significantly higher than in adults (P<0.01). The prevalence of AR via surveys was significantly higher than the prevalence via sIgE in teenagers (P<0.01), while there was no significantly difference between the prevalence in adults. The diminishing sequence of the major allergens which can induce AR in Yanbian area was Oak/elm/ng/willow/cottonwood, dermatophagoides pteronyssinus, Short ragweed, Danders of cats and dogs, cypress, scandent hop, cockroach, artemisia, Point/smoke qu/black/green/branches/chain mildew. 1 kind of inhalant allergen was detected in 65.29% of the subjects, while 2 kind of inhalant allergens were detected in 21.49% of the subjects and 3 kind of inhalant allergens were detected in 10.74% of the subjects. The positive rates caused by short ragweeds and danders of cats and dogs via serum sIgE test in Han nationality were significantly higher than in Korean nationality (P<0.05). °á·Ð:The prevalence of AR in Yanbian area was 12.87%. And the most common inhalant allergens caused AR in Yanbian area was Oaks, elms, willows, cottonwoods. |
