The metastasis of Placental site trophoblastic tumor in the nasal cavity is quite uncommon and rare.Till now only 2 cases has been reported. Here we present a 32 years multigravida female who underwent surgery for the choriocarcinoma of the uterus presented in otorhinolaryngology department with the history of nasal bleeding from left nasal cavity. On examination, there was a friable mass arising from the left nasal septum. She underwent complete excision of the septal mass and on histological examination there was metastatic trophoblastic cells within nasal septal mass. The patient till now underwent 5 cycles of chemotherapy and under remission phase.
