Hemangioma is one of the most common benign neoplasms, which occurs about 50% in head and neck region. Most common site is tongue, nasal cavity and parotid gland, but arytenoid cartilage is relatively rare. Most hemangioma spontaneously disappears before 5 years old and Histologically capillary hemangioma was common in child compare to cavernous hemangioma in adult. We have experienced a 54-years old male patient of hemangioma about 2.5x1.5x1.5cm size originated in arytenoid cartilage. This mass was removed via transoral approach with CO2 laser. We report this case regarding the treatment, prognosis of laryngeal hemangioma with review of literatures.
