¸ñÀû: Nasal polyposis is defined as a multifactorial disease consisting of tissue (nasal and sinus mucosa) infiltration by inflammatory cells, predominantly eosinophilis, and the formation of pseudocysts with plasma exudation and albumin retention.Purpose to study the indicators of IgE in blood of patients with chronic polypoidrhinosinusitis. ¹æ¹ý:79 patients were examined with CPRS who were treated at the ENT department of the 3-rd clinic of Tashkent Medical Academy from 2012 to 2013. For checking serum IgE in blood all patients underwent immunological study, which was conducted at the Institute of Immunology and Allergology of Academy of Sciences of Republic of Uzbekistan. Patients underwent cytological research of nose, which divided patients by Infiltration of stroma of polyps into two groups patients with the chronic eosinophilic (48 patients) and neutrophilic (31patients) polypoid rhinosinusitis. The control group consisted of 20 healthy volunteers. °á°ú:Immunological study of the blood of the control group showed that the rate of total IgE was 14,65 8,57 IU/ml. But immunological study of patients with 'eosinophilic' polyps has high levels of IgE in blood (239,22 132,14 IU/ml, p<0,05). Such high levels of total IgE in the blood indicate the course of the disease, together with the increased reactivity of the organism - allergies, which can further contribute to recurrence of the disease. But in the blood of patients with 'neutrophilic' polyps levels of IgE was within the normal range (42,97 30,26 IU/ml, p<0,05). °á·Ð:As a result, the study showed that patients with 'eosinophilic' polypoid rhinosinusitis are allergic condition, which provokes severe course of the disease and the occurrence of its relapses.
