¸ñÀû: Muscle tension dysphonia (MTD) is frequently observed in patients with weak, breathy, or hoarse voice. So this study were to characterize tendency of aerodynamic and acoustic analysis in patients with weak, breathy, or hoarse voice according to the presence of muscle tension dysphonia and to evaluate the incidence and predictive factors of MTD. ¹æ¹ý:We reviewed the records of 102 patientswith weak, breathy, hoarse voice who underwent voice therapy between January 2013 and December 2014. Aerodynamic and acoustic parameters and stroboscopic findings were analyzed as predictors of accompanying MTD using t-test and logistic regression test. °á°ú:29 patients were excluded, and they were 8 patients with other laryngeal disease, 11 patients without aerodynamic study, and 10 patients without acoustic analysis. Of 73 patients, MTD were found in 37 (50.7%) patients. MTD group had larger mean flow rate(189.1920.10vs132.22 7.92, P=0.038) and shorter mean phonation time (11.530.80vs15.05 0.99, P=0.043) than non-MTD group. There were no difference in glottic gap index, jitter, shimmer, harmonic to noise ratio (HNR), peak subglottic pressure, and vocal efficiency between two groups. In multivariate analysis, factors independently predictive of MTD was sulcusin stroboscopic findings(P=0.014). °á·Ð:Patients with weak, breathy, or hoarse voice with secondary MTD has the feature with large MFR and small MPT. This study provides evidence for sulcus vocalis as predictor of secondary MTD, therefore, active voice therapy may be necessary to prevent secondary MTD.
