A Case Report of Chronic Sclerosing Siladenitis(Kuttner Tumor)

Chronic sclerosing siladenitis(Kuttner tumor) is a chronic inflammation of the salivay glands, mainly involving the one side submandibular gland. The lesion is characterized by a firm, relatively painful swelling of the gland. Clinically, it is difficult to distinguish from neoplasm. We report two cases of Kuttner tumor of submandicular gland. One case is 71 years old man who represent nontender mass in left submandibular gland. The other case is 60 years old man represent bilateral nontender submandibular gland mass without any other symptoms.
