Neurogenic tumor of the paranasal sinuses and nasal cavity are uncommon tumors that can usually present with vague and nonspecific symptoms. We report clinical and radiological features and treatment outcomes of sinonasal neurogenic tumors. A retrospective review was performed in 12 patients with sinonasal neurogenic tumors between September 1991 and July 2013 at a single institute. The mean tumor size was 3.4 cm (range 0.3–6.7 cm). Tumor locations included vestibule (n=2), nasal cavity (n=4), maxillary sinus (n=3), ethmoid sinus (n=1), sphenoid sinus (n=1), and pterygopalatine fossa (n=1). Three neurofibroma and nine schwannoma were diagnosed histopathologically. There was no difference in characteristics of CT and MRI imaging of the two tumors. Tumor was successfully removed via endonasal (n=8) or external (n=2) approach. There were no tumor recurrences during the study period
