Ectopic nasal tooth has been rarely reported and can be detected in various locations. Clinically this tooth is seen as a white mass surrounded by granulation tissue. Mostly single ectopic nasal tooth was observed but some reported of multiple ectopic nasal tooth. Symptoms include rhinorrhea, epistaxis, nasal pain and so on. Traumatic factor, developmental factor, infection, hereditary factor are related to ectopic nasal tooth. Tooth-like radiopaque lesion with central radiolucency was observed in CT. Surgical excision is thought to be the best treatment option. 4-year old girl was referred to the otolaryngology clinic with 4 months lasting rhinorrhea. Clinical examination showed 5mm sized hyperemic polypoid mass without any whitish region in right nasal cavity floor. So, we could not suggest the possibility of ectopic tooth. On the PNS CT, 7mm X 12mm sized soft tissue density lesion with high density material inside was seen. After surgical removal, the mass was confirmed as ectopic tooth with myxoid stroma in histopatholgic diagnosis.
