Malignant lymphoma is a neoplastic proliferation of the lymphoreticular system. The disease entity is divided into non-Hodgkin¡¯s(NHL) and Hodgkin¡¯s types. NHL predominates in all areas of the body, including the head and neck. Both types originate most commonly within a lymph node. Extranodal involvement does occur and is most common for NHL. Most extranodal lymphomas arise in the gastointestinal tract, but the other mucosal organs area rarely involved. The head and neck is second only to the abdomen as the most common site of extranodal presentations of non-Hodgkin¡¯s lymphoma. We report a case of Secondary diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the external auditory meatus. A 43-year-old man had been treated for Gastrointestinal diffuse large B-cell lymphoma which occurred 9years before. The histopathologic and immunohistochemical examinations of the external auditory meatus lesion also showed, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
