목적: The aim of this study was to determine whether neutrophil- lymphocyte ratio(NLR) levels are elevated in patients with acute vestibular neuronitis(VN) compared with healthy controls. 방법:Eighty VN patients were enrolled from January 2010 to January 2015 in this study. Blood samples of the patients was carried out. 결과:The mean SD NLR values were 4.01 1.70 in the VN patients and 2.51 0.92 in the control group. The mean NLR values in patients with acute VN were significantly higher than in the control group( P = 0.0001). 결론:There is no previous study the investigated the association between NLR and acute VN in the previous study. We demonstrated for the first time that NLR values were significantly high in acute VN patients.
