It was efectuated the local meatal anaesthesy by the retroauricular approach ( by Soldatov). The edges of the perforation were turrned into the tympanal cavity with sharing common frontiers (under the microscope). There was placed a round graf of plaster scotch above the rupture. After that the plaster sticked out. In 14 cases it was necessary the surgery (myryngoplasty). All the manipulations were executed in ambulatory conditions.
